At Miss Daisy’s, our goal is to help you create a beautiful home. We are a brick and mortar boutique located in Joplin, MO that carries everything from furniture and home decor to clothing and accessories. We also carry several different brands of chalk type paints. There is something for everyone and every occasion at Miss Daisy’s!
A little about me. I have four boys and a wonderfully supportive husband. I was a stay at home mom for nearly 21 years. I’ve always enjoyed creating different things from scrapbooks to painted furniture and everything in between. I had been a vendor at a couple of different shops in the past. Those experiences were great learning opportunities for me, but opening my own store and business has always been a dream of mine. After a lot of answered prayers and opened doors, I was able to open my own store doors at a brick and mortar location on October 18, 2016. When we opened, we mainly had an inventory of vintage, antiques and repurposed pieces both from our inventory and vendors.
After purchasing new family room furniture for my home in the Spring of 2018, I realized the need for a different kind of furniture store for the four states area. We attended furniture market at High Point, NC in October 2018. There we met and fell in love with Ben and Erin Napier…Home Town/Laurel Mercantile Co. We loved their small-town values, the passion they have for making their town shine and bringing “Made in America” back to the forefront.
Since day one of opening, my goal was to help people create a beautiful home.
We would love to help you.
